CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Alex Tchervinski, charged with disorderly conduct following the downtown Cincinnati brawl, is claiming self-defense, according to his attorney, Doug Brannon.
The incident, which has drawn significant attention, involved Tchervinski slapping another man captured on cell phone video. Brannon argues that the video snippet does not provide the full context of the events that unfolded on July 26 at 4th and Elm.
