CINCINNATI (WKRC) – At any time of day, you’ll see people gathered around St. Francis Seraph Church in Over-the-Rhine.
Many of them are homeless. Right now, a barricade lines the front and west side of the church on Bremen Street. Homeless advocate Brian Garry feared it was meant to keep people from hanging out in front of the church. However, Local 12 has learned the fencing is temporary.
3CDC said it was put up ahead of the church’s festival two weeks from now. Still, residents say the problem in the area is getting worse. Drone video shows people along Bremen Street surrounded by trash, blankets, and belongings…
