Oakley man federally charged with operating ‘chop shop’ of stolen luxury cars

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The Cincinnati office of the FBI busted a “chop shop” of stolen luxury vehicles and charged a 20-year-old Oakley man with running it, court records show.

Cole Watson appeared in federal court Tuesday on one count each of “operating a chop shop,” interstate transportation of stolen property and aggravated identity theft, according to the docket.

He was released on a no-cash bond with conditions and waived his right to a preliminary trial, according to the court docket.
