CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Two men appeared in court, accused of taking part in street takeovers in Cincinnati.
According to court papers, Dominick Stowers and Steven Wall were part of a group doing burnouts, drag racing and stunt driving while on motorcycles at different locations, including Reading Road on Aug. 23.
