More details emerge about Cincinnati ‘chop shop’ of stolen luxury vehicles

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – We are learning more about the federal case against a 20-year-old Oakley man accused of running a chop shop of nearly $1 million in stolen luxury cars.

Earlier this year, employees at a local Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles became suspicious of the sudden gush of Texas titles coming through their office.
