COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) – A Cincinnati man was sentenced to over a decade in prison due to his involvement in a drug smuggling scheme involving bricks of cocaine.
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky announced on Friday that 46-year-old Kevin Prince Davis was sentenced to 180 months, or 15 years, in prison for possession with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine.
Davis was reportedly a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over on I-75 due to a traffic violation on an unspecified date. During the traffic stop, one of the officers said he smelled marijuana from the passenger side of the vehicle where Davis was sitting, at which point police discovered marijuana in Davis’ pocket…
