BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) – Four people tied to a burglary ring have been arrested in Butler County, according to our partners at WLWT.
According to West Chester Police, they have witnessed a growing trend of organized burglary rings targeting Asian-American homes and small business owners over the last few years.
The West Chester Police also said that the groups often use advanced surveillance techniques, such as visiting the businesses in person to identify the owners and understand their daily routines. They also place hidden cameras on private property to monitor their targets and use disguises to appear as delivery personnel.
