CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge was not present for a Tuesday town hall devoted to public safety.
Chief Theetge was supposed to be at the Partnering for Public Safety event in Bond Hill, along with other police chiefs from Hamilton County.
