CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A man accused of pretending to be a SWAT officer at Great American Ball Park and telling people he was taking them into custody for a TikTok video was arrested.
Justin Simmons is charged with kidnapping and impersonating a police officer for the Sept. 23 incident.
