Police said their search for the family of a non-verbal child found in North College Hill has been “safely resolved.”
Police said the child was found near the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and W. Galbraith Road. They were not able to give their name or any information, but officers asked the public for help in identifying the child to locate their family…
