CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Cincinnati man, Robert Shaw, is facing a murder charge after allegedly shooting and killing 34-year-old Justin Johnson on Sycamore Street near Third early Friday morning.
Shaw, who was on home incarceration for another crime at the time of the drive-by shooting, was being held in the Hamilton County Jail with a $2 million bond. He pleaded not guilty during his first court appearance on Saturday.
This incident marks the third time in six months that a person accused of murder in Cincinnati was on electronic monitoring for another criminal case.
