DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – Police in Delhi Township have arrested three teenagers in connection with a series of car thefts over recent weeks.
Jacob Klein, 18, was arrested inside a vehicle stolen from Colerain Township and is charged with receiving stolen property.
