Troubled Greater Cincinnati apartment complex sells in $60M deal

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – An out-of-state investment firm has acquired an embattled apartment complex 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati.

Philadelphia-based GoldOller Real Estate Investments Oct. 15 closed on the $60 million acquisition of the Williamsburg Apartments out of receivership.
