CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A Tri-State homeless advocate said her county not only has a huge homeless problem, but it also has a vision problem because some people can’t seem to see that the problem exists.
Some may think the issue of homelessness is a problem for places like downtown Cincinnati, but the quaint downtowns in Clermont County’s townships and municipalities aren’t immune, and they appear ill-equipped to deal with it.
“It’s like putting a Band-Aid on an injury that needs a tourniquet, to give you an analogy,” said Billy Kuntz, Executive Director of Clermont County Community Services. “But the amount of resources that we have had has never met the need.”…
