CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A husband-and-wife duo want to turn a historic West Side estate, used since at least 2012 for weddings, into a boutique hotel with a restaurant and bar, a wellness spa and enhanced infrastructure including a permanent new building to replace a large event tent currently erected onsite.
