TAYLOR MILL, Ky. (WKRC) – A trial date has been set for Shannon Gilday, the Taylor Mill man accused of shooting his way into the home of a former Kentucky lawmaker and killing his daughter Jordan Morgan.
Morgan died in the gunfire in February 2022 at the family’s mansion in Richmond. A judge ruled there wasn’t enough evidence regarding Gilday’s mental health at the time of the shooting to disqualify the death penalty and set a trial date for May 1 of next year.
