COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – A man has been charged in a fatal crash that killed his passenger. Cheika Boydia was indicted on Friday.
Police say Boydia was under the influence on Sept. 13 when he lost control on westbound Ronald Reagan near Blue Rock Road. The vehicle rolled a few times and Amanda Owens, 40, was thrown from the car through the sunroof. She died at the scene.
