CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The most comprehensive video yet of the Downtown Cincinnati brawl has been leaked. Signal99, a pro-law enforcement social media site, obtained the six-minute, 35-second surveillance video from what it described as “several members within the criminal justice system.” The outlet then posted the footage on its platforms.
Until now, the public had only seen short clips captured by bystanders at Fourth and Elm streets in the early morning hours of July 26. Those videos circulated widely on social media and sparked debate about downtown safety and whether suspects were being treated equally.
