OHIO — Cincinnati Police District Four is searching for Demarcus Hawkins, 33, who is wanted on a felony charge of failure to comply with a police officer, authorities said.
Police reported that on October 24, 2025, Hawkins was operating a motor vehicle recklessly and failed to stop for officers attempting a traffic stop. Hawkins reportedly jumped out of the moving vehicle, which then crashed, and fled the scene on foot.
Hawkins, a Black male, is 6 feet tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has a prior history of drug trafficking and obstructing official business. His last known address is on Dudley Walk in Cincinnati’s West End…
