Council member says city failed to act before OTR club shooting after months of complaints

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Violence outside Privee on Elm was preventable, at least according to one local official.

That’s the opinion of Cincinnati Council Member Seth Walsh, who voiced his frustrations Monday morning on 700 WLW.
