A Guatemalan man prosecutors called a serial rapist, who attacked two women and a teenager within a five-day span, has been sentenced to 15 to 16½ years in prison as part of a plea agreement.
Rodolfo Castillo, 28, pleaded guilty Nov. 3 in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court to rape and kidnapping charges.
