CHEVIOT, Ohio (WXIX) – A foster mom is under arrest and accused of abusing a foster child with disabilities, Hamilton County court records show.
Kelly Lewis, 52, of Cheviot, deprived the boy of food and water from April 14 to Aug. 19 at her home on Applegate Avenue, a Cheviot police detective wrote in an affidavit.
“The victim sustained substantial weight loss while in her care, resulting in his hospitalization for 29 days,” the court record states…
