WAYNESVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) – A sprawling 189-acre estate along the Little Miami River in Warren County went to auction and was sold late last month.
Known as Saguaro Ranch, the property in Waynesville features a 7,000-square-foot log home built from British Columbia timber and Wyoming stone. The estate includes more than a mile of river frontage, rolling pastures and extensive equestrian facilities that once supported more than 50 horses.
The ranch operated as a premier horse farm for more than two decades, with over 30 stalls, multiple paddocks, a large riding arena and a hay barn. The grounds also include more than 90 acres in hay production…
