CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Legendary KISS guitarist Ace Frehley died from blunt force injuries to the head following a fall at his home, per the Morris County Medical Examiner’s Office, via TMZ.
Frehley, 74, died Oct. 16 after being placed on life support due to a brain bleed caused by the accidental fall, his family said. In a statement, they expressed their devastation and said they were able to be by his side in his final moments.
“We are completely devastated and heartbroken. In his last moments, we were fortunate enough to have been able to surround him with loving, caring, peaceful words, thoughts, prayers and intentions as he left this earth,” read the statement…
