CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A high-end downtown Cincinnati hotel once named among the best in America was sold for $25 million.
The 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati in the historic Metropole building at 609 Walnut St. sold Oct. 29 to Walnut St Hotel LLC, according to public records.
The holding company is managed by an investment group out of Lexington, Ky., which paid for the property in cash. The same investment group also acquired 21c’s hotel in that market…
