CINCINNATI — A 14-year-old will be in juvenile detention until he’s 21 after admitting to murdering his 64-year-old neighbor earlier this year in Ohio.
The incident unfolded late Feb. 1 and into Feb. 2, when officers responded to the home in Fairfax, a Cincinnati suburb, for a report of an unresponsive woman.
