CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Cincinnati city leaders have enacted a special curfew on Short Vine Street in Corryville to address a rise in youth crime and late-night crowding near the University of Cincinnati campus.

The decision follows a series of incidents, including shots fired on Halloween, which have raised concerns about safety in the area.
