NORWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) – Residents of a typically quiet Norwood neighborhood are on edge after a group of individuals targeted vehicles parked along Warren Avenue on Tuesday.
Katie Brown, a resident, expressed her unease after discovering her car had been rummaged through.
“I’ve been here for a little over a year now, and actually, this is the first time where I’ve actually had something happen,” Brown said.
