Hinton wants insanity plea in deputy’s death, loses fight to keep some video from release

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The man accused of intentionally hitting and killing a Hamilton County sheriff’s deputy returns to court.

Rodney Hinton’s defense attorney told the court Monday that he intends to file a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
