Notable Downtown Cincinnati building to become apartments, restaurant/bar

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A developer with a growing portfolio of downtown holdings has acquired a well known but vacant downtown building intending to turn it into new apartments with ground-floor commercial space.

The four-story building, which dates from 1878, sits on the south side of West Court Street, a half block west of Vine Street.

It features ArtWorks’ celebrated “Cincinnati Toy Heritage” mural on its west-facing side and lies across West Court Street from Queen City Exchange, Lalo Chino Latino Kitchen and Sudova, an Eastern European eatery…
