Local truck driver accused of crashing into disabled car, killing 1

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A truck driver is accused of causing a crash that left one man dead and his wife injured. Mark Singleton faces a vehicular manslaughter charge.

Sukanta Panda, 76, and his 71-year-old wife were in their car on the shoulder of eastbound SR-126 with a flat tire on Nov. 3. According to court papers, their car was completely out of traffic.
