CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A prolific Greater Cincinnati apartment developer is planning a new project in one of the region’s fastest-growing suburban communities.
Blue Ash-based Hills Properties, the second-largest commercial real estate developer in the Cincinnati region, intends to build the multifamily project over the site of a once-planned Walmart store on the west side of Ohio state Route 48 in Warren County’s Hamilton Township.
