CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent is under arrest, accused of putting a female household member in a “chokehold” and “causing serious physical harm,” according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office and court records.
Prosecutors sought and received a no-bond order on Samuel Saxon, 47, of Cincinnati, when he made his first court appearance in the case Monday morning.
Cincinnati police arrested Saxon over the weekend on charges of felonious assault, strangulation and domestic violence.
