CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A local development firm has acquired a building with a troubled recent history along one of downtown Cincinnati’s primary entertainment corridors.
Daffin Development Co. in late November, through Daffin Courtview LLC, acquired the five-story mixed-use building at the southwest corner of Vine and West Court streets for $1.84 million, according to public records.
