A Buckeye State city is one of the neediest in the country, a new WalletHub study claims.
According to the study, which sought to name the nation’s neediest cities, Cleveland has claimed the fourth overall spot. It was behind only Shreveport, Louisiana (3rd), Brownsville,Texas (2nd place) and Detroit, Michigan (1st place).
