Man beat passenger, shoved him from moving pickup truck on I-71: Court docs

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) – A Warren County man is accused of beating and seriously injuring a passenger, shoving him from a moving pickup truck on the highway and leaving him stranded in snowy, brutally cold conditions, court records show.

It happened Sunday on Interstate 71 in Symmes Township, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Troopers say Damon Williams, 32, of Waynesville, punched the victim in the face multiple times with a closed fist, opened the passenger door and shoved the man out, an affidavit states.
