WEST PRICE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) – The driver accused of fleeing the scene of a fatal crash in West Price Hill appeared in court Thursday, charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular homicide.
Jon Sergent, 28, faces those charges even though the police report indicates the other driver is at fault for the crash. The police report does indicate that investigators believe Sergeant was speeding.
He also didn’t have a valid driver’s license and was on probation, according to court papers…
