STONELICK TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) — A Clermont County man said he’s shocked to learn he’s now responsible for plowing and maintaining the road he has lived on for decades—a road the township was taking care of until now.
Earnie Ross has lived on Rapp Lane in Stonelick Township for 20 years. Throughout that time, the township regularly plowed and maintained the road leading to his home, but last week, Ross found out it is now his responsibility.
