Erlanger police increase patrols as car break-ins rise in Northern Kentucky

ERLANGER, Ky (WXIX) -Car break-ins are on the rise in Northern Kentucky, prompting Erlanger police to increase patrols in residential areas as criminals employ new tactics to target vehicles.

“We average reports of car break-ins on a daily basis,” said Sgt. Justin Auton with the Erlanger Police Department.
