Fugitive considered ‘armed and dangerous’ arrested after SWAT standoff in Covington

COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) – Covington police SWAT officers, working with the U.S. Marshals Service, on Friday arrested a fugitive on multiple felony warrants.

The arrest occurred about 5 p.m. after Dakota Hacker, 26, who was wanted for a parole violation, first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle, and first-degree wanton endangerment, barricaded himself inside a home on John Street.
