CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A man charged with intimidating a Hamilton County magistrate is banned from returning to Ohio as part of his probation orders.
Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Alan Triggs sentenced Mark Rouse, of Batavia, to five years probation in a Florida mental health facility after he was convicted of one count of retaliation against magistrate Anita Berding.
