DEARBORN COUNY, Ind. (WKRC) – A local man will not see his sentence reduced after being found guilty of threatening his victim while in jail.
A Dearborn County judge sentenced Billy Luke to 61 and a half years in prison in 2024 after he was convicted of two counts of stalking and 15 counts of invasion of privacy.
