When her husband, Randy Hammonds, died recently, she received an unexpected blessing from some of her long-time customers turned friends. Kyle Zimmerman and Sam Bruchell began dining at Skyline in college and ate there several times a week. Even after moving away to New York and Chicago, the men maintained a relationship with Tammy Hammond.
“Skyline is dear to all of our hearts in Cincinnati. It’s nostalgic and brings you back. Beyond that, it’s the people here; everyone treats each other like family. We’re lucky to be from such a special place,” Sam told WXIX.
