CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A 19-year-old Loveland man has been indicted by a Clermont County grand jury in connection with a deadly crash near Goshen Township.
Carson Harvey faces two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence, according to court records.
