GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man accused of a hit-and-run in Goshen Township.
Investigators said that a man was caught on camera allegedly hitting another vehicle in a parking lot earlier in December.
That man is then accused of noticing the damage and leaving the scene without contacting the owner of the other vehicle…
