CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A local man is accused of threatening a judge ahead of his sentencing for a probation violation. Xavier Jackson is now charged with retaliation and aggravated menacing.
Jackson was initially charged in May 2024 for possession of meth. He’d previously been sentenced to probation but reportedly violated it.
He was back in court on Dec. 30 for his probation violation…
