CINCINNATI (WKRC) – One of the downtown brawl suspect who was out on bond is back in jail Friday after allegedly violating a condition of her bond.
Aisha Devaughn is charged with felonious assault and aggravated riot. She was believed to be a woman seen in videos stomping on one of the victims on the ground on July 26 outside a bar called Love on Fourth.
