CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A small boutique hotel in downtown Cincinnati has relaunched under new ownership.
Richard Hughes of Sharonville-based Kiesland Development Services in September 2025 acquired the three-story mixed-use building at 333 E. Eighth St. that houses the eight-key hotel property on its upper two floors.
Hughes closed the deal through CincySTR LLC, paying $2.85 million to buy the 112-year-old building out of receivership following a foreclosure lawsuit…
