3CDC, former OTR restaurant tenant settle yearslong legal fight

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A long-running lawsuit between a major Cincinnati developer and a former restaurant tenant is over.

Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) and Panino, a former restaurant tenant at the ground floor retail space at 1313 Vine St. in Over-the-Rhine, settled their five-year legal dispute out of court, according to Hamilton County court clerk records.

The case was dismissed with prejudice Oct. 14, 2025, which means the plaintiff can’t refile the same claim. Panino owner Nino Loreto announced the settlement in a Dec. 20, 2025, Facebook post that reads in part, “At times it felt like a David vs. Goliath battle” and that he and his family are moving forward with their “heads held high.”…
