Cincinnati man faces charges after failing to surrender following ‘erroneous release’

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A man is facing new charges for failing to turn himself in after being “erroneously released” before serving his prison sentence.

Rondez Horton was set to serve two years for aggravated robbery with firearm specifications.

Horton was told on multiple days that he needed to turn himself in to the Hamilton County Justice Center on Dec. 26. Horton said he would turn himself in but failed to do so…
